The room was great-sized and brand-new with a king bed as well as bathroom. All the staff were caring, attentive. Its location not very far from The Crossroads Center was exceptionally nice.

Excellent, nice location close enough to many key restaurants and shops and a shopping mall and Biloxi, Ocean Springs, and Pass Christian. For tea or coffee visit Marble Slab Creamery nearby.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in the Gulfport area near the airport and a short drive to the water park. The staff was friendly and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and new sheets provided daily. The breakfast was delicious and well-stocked, and we enjoyed the convenience of having coffee available all day in the lobby.

The check-in process was a bit frustrating as they couldn't find my reservation, causing a delay of almost an hour.
